The Channel Islands Harbor visioning effort explored how the harbor could evolve as a waterfront destination while adapting to sea-level rise and changing infrastructure needs. I led a multidisciplinary process that brought sea-level-rise modeling into decisions about waterfront development, circulation, and public access. The work considered how investment in harbor infrastructure could support both existing activities and new opportunities along the water. By examining development and public-space improvements alongside long-term environmental constraints, the visioning process helped identify priorities for a more accessible and resilient harbor.
