SITE: 1,150 acres on the outskirts of Mumbai

As part of Dhiru Thadani’s consultant team, I contributed site design, development feasibility studies, transportation planning, architectural and public realm design, digital modeling and visualization. Together, we created a vision for a compact transit-oriented polycentric city, served by a new rail line, BRT, and key micromobility routes, meeting the client’s and city’s development capacity goals while dedicating more than half the site as nature preserve. Despite dramatic topography, we ensured multimodal connectivity and leveraged the slopes for views and placemaking.
